What should a pilot actually decide?
Begin with one decision and its owner. Describe the setting, the people affected and the current way the work gets done. Then agree on what evidence would support continuing, changing the approach or stopping.
A useful plan identifies the cases to examine, the records to keep and the limits of the exercise. A successful demonstration under selected conditions is a starting point for review. It does not settle every operating condition or adoption question.

What belongs in an evidence handoff?
A reader should be able to see the decision, the claim being considered, the source supporting it and the conditions under which it was observed. Include the version, date, responsible reviewer and unresolved questions.
Keep assumptions separate from observations. Identify who can authorize the next step and which records can be shared. The point is a useful, reviewable explanation—not a stack of attachments nobody can navigate.
What changes when a technology crosses markets?
The buyer, operating environment, integration requirements and support expectations may change. Start by making those differences visible. Decide what can be reused and what needs a new evaluation.
Clarify data permissions, publication rights, local requirements and the parties responsible for review before sharing detailed materials. An Alliance introduction does not authorize a technology transfer, grant a license or create a commercial partnership.
